HURRY UP AND SIGN UP FOR 2015 ALUMNI FLOAT TRIP (OVER 67 HAVE ALREADY!)….DISCOUNT DEADLINE HAS PASSED BUT STILL HAVE SPACES AVAILABLE! MAY 31 LAST DAY TO SIGN UP!

Reservations are now being accepted (and encouraged!) for this year’s alumni float trip being held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – June 5,6 and 7.  This year you can make your reservations and payment on line.  We have changed campgrounds this year, and look forward to starting a new tradition with our new hosts, Gascondade Hills resort.  We’re sure you’ll enjoy the upgraded accomodations, convenient location, nice large commercial kitchen…..and yes, even a cement pond.  Call brothers from your era, spread the news and encourage them to join you in a weekend of golf, floating, and brotherhood.  As always, the highlight of the weekend will be the (VERY UN-SILENT) auction, which supports the fallen brother fund.

Deadlines

April 30, Last Day to sign up at discounted rates.  Prices will go up $25 starting May 1.

May 31, Last Day to sign up for cabins.  After this date, any remaining beds (if any) will be awarded to deserving actives.

The official float trip starts on Friday, but many choose to come down a day earlier on Thursday.  If you would like to do this, call Stephanie at Gasconade Hills Resort @ 573-763-3044 and make your Thursday night arrangements directly with her……our negotiated rate for Thursday night  is $27 per person.  She’s holding a select number of cabins back for us on Thursday night, and chances are you won’t be staying in the same cabin on Thursday you’ve signed up for the balance of the weekend. Also food for Thursday is on your own.

This year’s Float Trip turnout is our the best yet.  If you want catch up with brothers you haven’t seen in a while, this is a great opportunity to do so.  If you haven’t been able to attend a float trip previously, we hope you’ll attend this one.  It’s a great relaxed atmosphere where great fellowship takes place, and we continue our philanthropic spirit by raising money for the children of those who will never have the opportunity to attend again.

See you on the river!
