Alumni Float Trip 2019
Please read this entire page. A few important things have changed from last year.
The new year is upon us. That means it's time to sign up for Alumni Float Trip 2019! As usual, it will be the first weekend in June (May 31-June 2). If you have never been to Alumni Float Trip or haven't in a while, then you're in for a treat. We regularly have close to 100 brothers attend so there will be lots of opportunity to reconnect with old friends.
Currently, we stay at Gasconade Hills Resort on the Gasconade River in Richland, MO. A map and directions to the resort may be found below.
For those interested, there is typically a group that goes golfing the Friday before we float. This year we’ll be golfing at Great Life Golf and Fitness in Lebanon, MO. We will not be purchasing golf spots online this year. If you would like to golf just show up to the golf course at one of the 6 tee times which start at noon. Food is provided for Friday night, all of Saturday, and Sunday morning. The schedule for the weekend is the following:

NOTE: If you would like to come down on Thursday, May 30, you will need to make separate arrangements with the resort. They may be contacted using the phone number at the bottom of their website using the link mentioned above.

There will be a staggered sign-up process. Please click the button below to view the order of sign-up's for the 2019 float trip.
Due to the high number of cancellations last year, we will be instituting a cancellation policy for this year's float trip. Click the button below to view the policy.
You will need to purchase the appropriate number of cabin and camping spots. The floating spots will NOT be purchased separately like they were last year. We will NOT be issuing refunds this year for anyone who chooses not to float. If you are not staying at the resort for the weekend but would still like to eat and/or float, then purchase the "Meal/Float Only" option.
The prices are as follows:
Camping - Tent or if you would like to bring your own camper
Meal/Float Only (if not staying at the resort): $50
When you pay, there will be a form to enter the names of all the people you are buying for (including yourself) and the number of shirts in each size needed. Each attendee gets one shirt included in their purchase. For each person, be sure to mention the following details:
Where they will be staying
Cabin & Bed Number
"Meal/Float" option only (if not staying at the resort)
The items you purchase MUST match the information you enter in the box for each person.
This year we are including a float trip shirt in the price so you will be receiving one on the date of float trip. Make sure to fill out what size of shirt you need on this form during checkout.
